I have to honestly say some of the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced with any florist. Personally called me to make sure my credit card was working because I was having an issue. Made sure my arrangement was rushed right out and delivered that day. It was a sympathy arrangement. And was so helpful and nice on the phone. Even offered to send me a picture of the arrangement since I wouldn’t be able to see it in person but I never received that, but I’m sure it just simply slipped her mind. Prices were reasonable compared to other local florist in the area.

Best Floral Place Ever! I was sent here by a friend of mine who ordered a gorgeous arrangement for me, and I’m so glad I remembered them instead of ordering offline thru a third party. Their small town friendliness and creative designs for the arrangements set them apart from the rest! When I called the lady (I’m sorry I forget her name) answered was so sweet and funny,took my order and I couldn’t wait to get a pic of how great it will come out when it got delivered! Well long part here, when I called we were getting our first snow fall and the person I was sending them to (I had found out, had a horrible 2 months in results of one thing losing her dad unexpectedly) had no clue they were coming so I told the lady to put them off a day if she wanted, she was also very busy (I gathered from our funny conversation/order). So the day came to get delivered, they were beautiful but not what I ordered, so I called and immediately they recognized what had happen. ... Guess depends on your believes but cardinals are to be a loved one that’s passed, the ‘messed up’ floral arrangement was a beautiful cardinal Christmas arrangement.... they apologized which I honestly wasn’t mad I took it as a different type sign but because they are AWESOME! They returned the next day with what I did order and it was beyond more gorgeous then I could think of! THANK YOU THANK YOU These gifts at this time to my friend meant more than I could of imagined.. my place to go for now on!!

I was very impressed with the arrangement that they sent. The customer service was fantastic and you can tell they put the time and effort to make the arrangement just right! I will be using them going forward for all my floral needs.

I put an order in at 8 am. They got there by 11. Very impressed, highly recommend. Cant beat the prices.
