Ordered flowers for a funeral that never got delivered. I guess they were closed for Christmas for 5 days, which in a small family business I understand.nnI would have appreciated a phone call explaining the reason the flowers did not get delivered instead of finding out from someone who was able to attend the service that there were no flowers there.nnI ordered the flowers on the 27th for visitation on the 29th and the funeral on the 30th.nnThe shop has good reviews which part of the reason I chose Bloomers. As a business owner I understand mistakes happen. But if going to take orders online, needs be a system that notifies of closures.nnI will consider Bloomers again in the future but I will do it by telephone for sure.
Well, I ordered a bouquet delivered to the zip code 57732 and wanted to thank my previous employer. Very dissatisfied with the arrangement and the bad impression it made.nFor approximately $75, the bouquet was very small and all dark, small flowers. It was horrid!!
