I had a great experience with Dr. Conrad. I have an ancient Dachshund named Max. I took him to a local vet to get him checked out. I was concerned about his labored breathing. That wasn't addressed but they did find his teeth were in bad shape. He took antibiotics for a week then had seven teeth removed. The day after his extraction his breathing was especially labored. I was shocked that he wasn't given some doggy ibuprofen or similar and suspect his breathing had to do with his pain. He's also been tripping over his cute little paws occasionally.nnI scheduled my appointment with Dr. Conrad and it was held a few days earlier than scheduled because she wanted to make sure he was okay ASAP. It was an easy 20 or 30 minute session. She listened to my concerns and hypothesis that pain was causing him to breathe heavily. (Again, he is a 15 year old dog who's grown stiff.). We agreed to try a prescription for arthritis.nnBecause the appointment was virtual we were able to have a good conversation about Max and his care. Dr. Conrad was a great listener and showed compassion for my beloved little guy. That made ME feel better.

What a great service to have when you need the advice of a professional and it's not during your Vet's office hours. Krystal was wonderful. The response was quick, very professional, understanding and kind. I hope I won't need to, but will use again if the need arises. I highly recommend Hello Ralphie to all pet parents!

I really appreciated these services. I had to use a virtual vet due to the storms in Texas and was unable to get my lizard in to be seen quickly anywhere else. Hello Ralphie was able to see him right away and even booked me with a vet with more reptile experience after my initial booking. Appreciate it!

I absolutely love this service. I dont like that I have to wait 3 days for shipping even though i paid for 1 to 2 day . My dog needed meds that night not 3 days later. If the prescription could be printed out or sent to a local pharmacy it would be outstanding but still loved this app and will use it again. Maybe get a android version.
