Renning's Flowers

Disappointed in the memorial service bouquet sent to a close family friend. Ordered the dozen “Lovely Lavender Roses” - deluxe version - specifically for the lavender roses—after all they were the only flower in the arrangement. My order was from out of state but I did attend the memorial. The roses were not lavender at all and were not in the early bud stage either. They were some sort of hybrid roses which had fuscia pink in them with what looked like a cream base. Totally not my order. Looked like Valentine’s Day bouquet.nNo one attempted to call me to tell me my order would be changed. I called the customer service line to ask them what happened and while they were polite and professional, the answer was “sorry we were out of lavender roses so we used those” and admitted they did not attempt to call me. While I understand they may have been busy, the order was for a special person’s funeral and it was a $100 order delivered and I specifically wanted lavender roses. If those were not available I would have not picked what they sent as my second choice. I never post reviews because but my reason for posting this is so any future customers that may want flowers without someone else picking out a random second choice for them without being notified please make sure you tell this florist otherwise you may get some random flower arrangement that you would have never of picked out yourself. Two stars for being on time and polite but totally disappointed and sad about the flowers sent to a long time family friend’s memorial. There was only one chance to send a special arrangement for a funeral.

I sent flowers to a funeral of a loved one which was held in Rochester Minnesota. The flower delivery was timely and the arrangement was beautiful (I requested a photograph since I could not attend the funeral). I am so appreciative for the help in deciding upon an arrangement and design and was told the flowers were beautiful! So thank you, Renning's Flowers!

The ease of navigating the website to find exactly what I wanted. What also made the experience what it was, was the follow-up. Knowing that things were taken care of in a timely manner, was awesome. Would recommend Rennings to anyone and everyone.

I called the Rochester store all the way from CA to get a flower delivery for my long-distance partner on Valentine's day. Not only were the representatives I spoke to incredibly understanding and helpful, they were patient with me as I looked through the website to discern what I wanted. When I received pictures, the bouquet was exactly as described! Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I loved using Renning's Flowers for a flower delivery to a hotel in Rochester! The designs that were already put together to choose from were beautiful, and that made it simple to get an awesome arrangement. It was a super easy process, and I will definitely be using them next time I need flowers and am in the area!
