My husband ordered flowers from 1-800-flowers for me and my mom. My flowers were beautiful and perfect, but my mom's flowers arrived frozen solid. My husband contacted 1-800-flowers and told them about the ruined roses, and Carousel actually replaced the roses with a more expensive flower arrangement. They arrived promptly and in beautiful condition. Very happy with the way both 1-800-flowers and Carousel handled this Valentine's Day mishap.
Very helpful staff, beautiful planted palm was larger than I expected. They went above a besyond any other florest I have used in the past. I will only deal with Carousel now.
The spelling of one name was wrong and the note was grammatically incorrect. I really wish spell check and proofread was done. Also, the flowers didn't get delivered until 5pm! I ordered these flowers online two days in advance (not like it was a rushed order).
