I ordered edible arrangements around the country for holiday gifts and was very happy. Today, I went to the Baker Center, Minneapolis location to pick up a couple of boxes of chocolate dipped fruit. The person who helped me (wish I had asked her her name), went way out of her way to assist me, even delivering my order to the Hen House where i was waiting next door. Thank you!! Amazing customer service. You solidified me as a customer for a long time.

This is the worst place to patronize, i should have looked at the reviews before going now i know better. I went to pick up my order with my service dog. Immediately the manager started yelling at me saying the dog is not allowed. I have served my country for 7 years and have been in multiple deployments to include Afghanistan. Who are you to tell me my dog is not a service dog.nnThey tell me my order isnt ready so I wait outside in my car since the manager is yelling at me. They bring me my order outside and instead of handing me my order they place it on the sidewalk (the floor outside).nnWe bring the order home and there is a worm on the fruit.nnPlease do not patronize this location.

I ordered strawberries the congratulations strawberries that comes with pink and light blue colors in the “congrats“ sign and the store manager herself named Tracy or Theresa or you could just call Ms unprofessional… Put old strawberries from Christmas from the freezer on my order that were red and green did not match the blue and pink. She called to tell me they did not have All the congrats signs so they would swivel the strawberries… I told her the color was OK but I never would’ve thought she would’ve use old strawberries they were already decorated from Christmas time to put with pink and light blue it was horrible experience and when I called back to talk about it she cussed me out! So unprofessional and ghetto! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION
