They were extremely nice and helpful when I found a stray cat who needed to be neutered. They were very good at communicating when they found complications and told me everything that needed to be done. The only bad thing is they were a little vague on pricing so I wasn't expecting the price point the final bill came to when they quoted me a completely different price before I took my cat in and they didn't tell me they were charging for things. 100% ask for a break down of all charges before agree to anything they say they will do. But they were very thorough in their instructions for taking care of my cat after his surgery and how to use his medication. You can tell they love animals and want what's best for every pet that is brought to them.
My pets and myself love this facility. Kind, compassionate, and reasonably priced. My dog actually loves going to the vet! And runs to the door! ud83eudd29
Have gone there for many years, everyone is great & my pets are always in great hands.
Show great care for my dog. And during these days I like they come out and get her. I am handicapped and can not walk her in.
After several odd questions when trying to make an appt I asked if they were too busy for new clients and she said no not at all. They wanted previously vet records sent over which I did. Maybe they wanted to see If I pay my bills , which I do so ok, no problem.. She called me back two days laters and said they were too busy for new clients!! So she lied. Doesn't seem like a good start to me. Lie to potential new clients. Don't even bother. No integrity.
