Initially was able to get my dog in same day to take care of a small problem because they had a cancellation. Was thankful for that.nTried to set them up as a local vet on a Friday. Was told they were busy and they would call me back on Monday...nThat was over two weeks ago. I guess they are too busy for new customers.
