If you aren’t a previous client don’t waste your time...nnI called about 8 months ago to book an appointment after a friend recommended me to their clinic. The receptionist tactlessly told me they were not accepting new clients at that time... I tried again about two weeks ago and was turned away once again for the same reason. 8 months and still not accepting new clients? Really?

Wonderful,caring,very helpful. And the only ones that called back in a emergency! In all others that I called,there was a recording of ...if this is an emergency call 920.......... Green Bay!!!!!! Took my 4 year old German Shepherd there for the past several years. His lymph nodes were swollen all over his body. Rather than run a blood test to confirm anything she told me he had lymphoma. I was crushed. Cried all the way home. Decided to take to another vet and they ran a blood test first 15 minutes we were there. HE DOESN’T have lymphoma thank God!!! What he has is Lyme and Anaplasma from ticks. Very treatable with antibiotics. My poor dog has suffered for over two weeks because of her incorrect diagnoses. Run don’t walk away from Mid County Vet.
Whoever answers the phone at this clinic does a huge disservice to the veterinarians who practice here; they may be fine at their profession but the “receptionist” is beyond crude, RUDE and unprofessional, so we’ll never find out. We had an emergency situation and needed to see a veterinarian but had to seek a veterinarian down the road whose receptionist was BEYOND kind and accommodating and helped us out immediately..... go a few extra miles down the road they are awesome!
