We have been using Banfield for over ten years and have always been very happy with their service. The Utica location especially is always professional and very courteous. Our pets are treated with the same amount of respect and care as any human medical office. I couldn’t imagine trusting my pet’s health to anybody else.
I appreciate the call from the Dr. Getting the one on one gives me comfort. But, I have to say, calling in on the phone is so chaotic! Just today alone I probably have held on hold for at least 25 minutes with two phone calls. More staff needs to be hired in
It was my first visit here, not too impressed. My dogs appointment was at 3:00, just for a check-up and rabies vaccine. Due to covid they have you drop your pet off then they call you when your pet is ready. It was 5:10 when I got the call. For a dog that has anxiety issues, that is a really long time to be in a place they've never been before! Probably going to be looking for another vet, somewhere that I don't have to worry about my dog having to stress out more than he already does.
We've been going there for years with our two dogs. Everybody is great with the fur babies.
Always take good care of my pup and are willing to work with my schedule.
