I have a new puppy and was looking for a new vet. The staff were very friendly and the vet came out to talk to me about Pepper's visit. Made me feel really welcome and they took great care of Pepper. They have different plans to care for the first year of dog (shots, spaying, etc) and explained everything about the plans and also different pay options. I'm really glad I found Macomb Veterinary Services.
Unfortunately I had to come back to edit my five star review, I understand Covid has made businesses struggle playing catch-up with appointments but to busy to return a simple call ? I will look elsewhere to start a new relationship for my pet, after not getting a simple call back as promised while my dog is in pain . I also own a business and I’m playing catch-up but I return my calls when I say I’m going to, especially if urgent . They charge more money than other places, which is fine, I don’t mind paying more if I get the service but that didn’t pan out.nAll they had to say is go to an emergency walk in clinic and I would have..
Did curbside visit. Doctor consulted by phone. It went well, considering I couldn't be with my furry kitten during the exam. Doctor was very efficient and not pushy. She only recommended what was needed and was able to explain why. Thank you!
The entire staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. They made my and myself very comfortable, they they take their time when explain all things to you . If you are looking for a caring knowledgeable vet for your pet look no further.
First you don't screw over grieving pet owners. Liars about costs. Apologies do not fix a wrong. No one on same page. Terrible.
