Sadly I received terrible customer service during the pandemic. As a simple bride (two boutonnieres, two single stem flowers, and a small bouquet for myself), I didnt expect much. I was very clear with what I wanted and explained my order three different times to three different people, with in the span of two days. Very unprofessional; though the receptionist and one of the other employees were kind and even admitted their end in the store for weddings was disorganized...I just don't understand. My fiance had ordered a beautiful arrangement from them before and had no problems, not sure what is going on now.

This place is fabulous; I have used their services several times and the results are always gorgeous. The owner asks questions about cost, what you want and is most gracious. Thank you for the beautiful flowers you sent today for my aunt who turned 99, they are so special.

I always prefer to use a local business and a step in thyme always does a great job. I usually make custom requests and they always follow through.
