I use a walker. A person has to park very far away for the handicapped parking to get to the door that has access for a walker. You have to navigate through their parking lot. Where their handicapped parking is, there is a door close by with a curb cluttered with merchandise!nI'm very fortunate I didn't have an accident. I will never go back!!!
I have to give a one star review unfortunately, I bought 2 bunches of Gerber daisy's for my wife for valentines day yesterday and they are already dead and droopy today, you need to realize when flowers are going bad not to sell them, they didn't even last 24 hours. Not Good !
I didn't hate it but i ordered over 300.00 worth of flowers a big broken heart it was perfect. But the basket i ordered they put the names on ribbons with stick on letters names spelled rong and half of letters fell off just wanted a card with names on it .Not ribbons The broken heart was awesome
Sent two $40.00 floral arrangements as Mother's Day Gifts - though they arrived on time, as promised, they were very sparse and did not remotely resemble their online photo. I understand and accept their disclaimer statement saying there could be substitutions, but the issue was the quality and appearance of the arrangements. I spoke to the manager who insisted that the arrangements were made to value and did not offer any resolution to my complaint. I was very disappointed with their customer service and will probably not use them again.
The young ladies were beyond helpful with any flower questions I had, and were very patient with my indecisiveness.
