Overall extremely happy I have a trustworthy place that I am comfortable taking my pups. They treat them as their own and I know they’re being taken care of even when I can’t go in with them. The vets and vet techs are incredible with communication and very knowledgeable. I will drive 45 minutes any day knowing the safety of my pets are their priority. I’m just very grateful for the experiences I’ve had & the dedication of this office.
Suttons Bay Animal Hospital did a great job responding to an emergency situation with my cat Louie. We were new to the practice, and they treated Louie with the utmost care and compassion as it was a distressing situation for sure. We love our Louie and it was sweet to see how attentive they were with him while he was in their care.
The Suttons Bay animal hospital has taken care of my pets for almost 10 years. I have always found them to be knowledgable and professional as well as kind and caring with my pets. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has a fur baby member in their family
These are the most excellent people we have taken our dogs to (and we've had some great vets). The staff and doctors are caring, compassionate, but pragmatic. We've never been pressed to buy services we didn't need. When something needs to be done, the vets take the time to explain options and consequences. While nobody wants to balance their pet's health with the cost, we sometimes have to and they help us with those decisions by giving realistic price estimates and laying out what needs to be done, what should be done, and what could be done. They are knowledgeable and care about the animals. You won't find a better vet.
I know of few places where I can say the people are too incredible! No matter what the situation, they are ready to resolve any problem. I have needed their help in two different emergencies and nothing has fazed them. It is very difficult to realize how much they care. SBAH is a very rare and lucky place to have such dedicated staff.
