We ordered a delivery from Thelma's for our friend's ordination. Kelly helped us with the entire process. She was caring, generous and professional. She listened to our description of what we were imagining for the bouquet. Then she absolutely blew it out of the park with this exquisite piece of floral art.nnWe live in NYC so we feel so lucky to have asked Thelma's to help with this special occasion. Their warm-hearted customer service and incredible delivery allowed us to express our love from states away. We strongly recommend them for any floral occasion in Grand Rapids!

Each time I go to Thelma’s, I leave with the most beautiful, unique bouquet. The service is outstanding; the wide selection of colors and textures to choose from is such fun. One thing I really appreciate about this florist is that you can do anything from picking out your own stems for a vase you bring with you (and they’ll help with the arranging), to grabbing a ready-made bouquet, to calling ahead and requesting a custom arrangement for pick-up or delivery. I’ve done all of the above and have never left the shop disappointed.nnA quick story: I recently came into the shop with two small vases, needing just a few stems in each. My total order came to $17 and change...and for that price, I got two truly lovely, small arrangements with top-notch customer service: help picking just the right stems, trimming them, arranging them, and completing the “looks” with twine ribbons. I expect such service when spending much more on an arrangement; that my small purchase was attended to so thoroughly was impressive. This shop has truly won me over!

Thelma's was AMAZING. I wanted to order a special arrangement for my niece's 21st birthday. Thelma's went above and beyond to make it beautiful. They kept me in the loop as to the flowers they were able to put in the arrangement...including my request for the Bell's of Ireland. They made two delivery trips to be sure the flowers were not left out in the cold. Truly EXCELLENT....and they send you a photo of their work of art/arrangement. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you....Kelly, Jordon, Thelma...and the rest of your team!!

I’m so excited to write this review for Thelma’s Flowers. Mainly because Thelma’s is way more than a florist they’re also a bit of a lifesaver. I was in need of flowers for a good friend’s birthday delivered before the end of the day. I’m not familiar with Grand Rapids so I called a few stores, some were closing and said they couldn’t help and others just didn’t answer their phone at all. I called Thelma’s and spoke to Kelly. She mentioned her driver was unfortunately unavailable, but wanted to help me and offered to deliver the flowers herself once the store was closed. She also took the time to understand what my friend would like based on her style and interests and even offered to both send me a picture of the bouquet and call my friend to let her know a delivery would be coming to ensure she’d be home. She also checked in with me later that day with an update on her timing which was so thoughtful and helpful. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and the service and kindness from Kelly was beyond any expectation I had. Thank you Kelly for taking care of me and making my friend’s birthday so special.

My wife loves flowers so when Thelma's opened ~3 years ago I decided to check it out... I don't know much about flowers but to my eye they perennially offer a cool, unique variety of species. I never show up with a plan so I appreciate that Jordan and his associates always help me find a winning combination. Everything is fresh and in excellent condition. Looking forward to the day when I can stroll over from dinner at The Winchester to grab some flowers for my sweetie; but for now, delivery and curbside work well!
