There was a great amount if attention to customer/patient care. Really appreciated being given the cost of services up front. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism.
The staff is good but the fact that they charge close to $3 more per pill for a specific daily medication that my dog requires is horrible. All the other vets in the area all charge much less for same exact medication. The office manager doesn’t care. Profits over patients.
Dropped in unannounced with my best buddy who seemed to have an allergic reaction. The DVM wasn't in but they made an appointment for an hour later.nI found everyone there to be courteous and caring. I highly recommend this clinic for care of your animal friends.
We really like Haslett Animal Hospital. They are fairly good at getting you in when you need to and show great compassion and love for their patients, our furry friends!
My only complaint is, even if they saw your pet a week prior, they require all visits even if a booster shot to have an exam. So something as simple as that booster shot will cost you a fortune. Other than that they’re very helpful with pet issues.
