iffy flowers, Smaller bouquet than I ordered, Colors don't match description or pictures of items. Issues with getting them replaced even though it wasn't right. Wont work with them again.
My mom passed saturday and I needes flowers for her funeral. I waited until the last minute to order because I was too upset. Not only did they remember my mom and the flowers they didnfor my brothers grave site for his birthday, but she also remembered my mom loved sunflower! My entire family ordered from here. All of the flowers turned out ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!! They were on time, they were just amazing! AND to go above and beyond they gave us free delivery, AND also sent flowers from them with their condolences!! I will forever bw a customer! Thank you! So so much for making everything so easy for me!
Ordered a nice arrangement directly from the store for a local delivery. Through a comedy of errors, with it being no fault of the florist, my arrangement didn't make it to the right destination. (I transposed the house numbers.) They went above and beyond to get a fresh arrangement to the correct address. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend!
