Fred my over the phone
They treat my pets with the upmost care
It's nearly impossible to get though to them on the phone and you can't call ahead to reserve a spot in line you have to be in the overcrowded parking lot. And try about 25 times to call them and when you finally get through you have to sit in your car for over an hour before they might get back to you. Nobody thought this through. Get call waiting if you know you are going to have alot of calls at once. And let people check in at home we have other things to do in life and it's not fair to the animals that have to sit and wait with us.
The Drs really are good and some what reasonable prices. But they take the time to answer questions and love the animals .I would recommend them
This place is very slow. You have to call them 20 times just to get through! When finally do get through they make you wait a hour just for simple vaccine shot! It’s really ridiculous
