Thank you so much to Joe & the staff at Henry’s Funeral Home. Their compassion, professionalism, honesty, sincerity and follow-through, helped to make a difficult situation with loosing my mom to Covid, go smoothly to put her to rest. All the staff at Henry's are very caring, patient, andnrespectful. They all helped in getting our arrangements in place for my mom. Very thankful fornall they did during this time.
I do not recommend this place. Tom told me one thing and did the complete opposite. His attitude towards me after receiving my money was distasteful. He didn’t have answers to any of my questions. He did not notify me that my father ashes were done. He made an error on my father’s death certificate and refused to fix it. He told me he would contact my brother for information and never did. Then our last conversation about a refund he disconnected the call in mid sentence. I truly hate I chose this place to help my father.
The staff was beyond wonderful to my family through this difficult time. There were a lot of details I was worried about but after our first meeting with Tom...he had it all handled! Thank you!
Denny was very helpful, courteous, and understanding. I would recommend Richard Henry funeral home.
