Three times we had flowers ordered to be delivered to us from Anna's. Every time they called and made us come pick them up because they couldn't find our house. We literally live across the street! And every single time they couldn't deliver because they didn't know where we lived. They could have walked out the door, crossed the street and knocked on our door.

Anna's is a truly wonderful, one of a kind Florist shop. Never once did we get or send flowers that we were not 100% pleased with. Anna is a true jewel and all of her staff over the years have been great to work with. Simply the best!
