I love everything about Harbor Road! They're so caring and nice. They always take such good care of both my pets and never make me feel like I'm not doing enough for my pets. I love that even with curbside service they still take the time to come out and talk to me, or call and talk to me after hours. I can't recommend them enough!
Our family has been visiting the caring veterinary group at the Harbor Road Veterinary Hospital since 2013. The entire staff there is exceptional. They are personable, patient, experienced and compassionate. Our animals have done well through their care, and we are most grateful.
They take care for your pet as if it is their own pet. My one year-old puppy had an ear infection and an eye infection – not an emergency, but needed to be attended to. I didn’t have an appointment but they saw my car in the parking lot waiting for the office hours to open, and my puppy was taken in to see the vet even before the regular office hours opened. In particular, a young lady named Serena came over to my car where I was waiting for the office to open, and asked if everything was all right before she even went inside to work. That was a full half hour before the building even opened!. You can tell that this isn’t just a business to the people at Harbor Road Veterinary Hospital, this is truly a profession.

I have been taking my fur-babies to Dr. Yovino for 35+yrs! When in Maine, I will go to no other veterinarian. Dr. Yovino and his staff have never changed their values in how they care for their furbaby patients. They are extremely compassionate, attentive and thorough. Dr. Yovino always calls or speaks with me in person at the end of each visit to let me know that my fur-babies visit went great, and/or to let me know if there is any concern whatsoever. I have total respect and confidence in Dr. Yovino and his staff. I have been through a lot, losing 3 fur-babies over the yrs and Dr. Yovino was always there with me through every tear,, every step of the way. My fur-babies love him!!
