Amazing place to get your flowers and special arrangements. The new owners are amazing and their head designer is the best you'll get. They are doing some amazing things with the store since they've taken over. I won't shop any place else.

I have both purchased from Dixon Floral and received flowers from the shop on numerous occasions, and have been extremely pleased every time. The most recent bouquet I received was not only exquisite, but filled my entire main level with such an incredible scent! Every time I have attended a function for which Dixon Floral did the arrangements, they have been sophisticated and beautiful. With several floral shops in town, Dixon Floral is my top choice, especially for silk or dried arrangements for my home, as they offer the best selection of attractive, diverse designs.

First, let me start off by saying that I ordered a flower arrangement online for my mother’s birthday which is on the 28th of November. I ordered the arrangement on the 26th and set the delivery date for the 28th. I set the delivery date for the 28th for two reasons, 1st it was her day off of work and she would be home and 2nd it was her birthday.nSecond, I received a phone call shortly after I ordered the arrangement from a lady at the shop stating the she did not have the flowers and colors for the arrangement which were pictured online, not a real big deal, we made do with some minor changes in colors and flowers.nThird and final, my mother got home the evening of the 27th at around 10:45 pm from her work and found the flower arrangement sitting on her front porch. Apparently the flowers were delivered a day early and left out in the cold. To add to thirst the arrangement was just left there with no packaging or cover. I looked at the weather for Dixon on the evening of the 27th and the actual temperature said 38 degrees without windchill or any other factors. This is what pissed me off the most. I spent $75 on flowers and due to the negligence and stupidity of the company the flowers will last two days before dying. This company cannot even follow simple instructions by following your requested delivery date and you figure if no one is home when you deliver them you would come back later or deliver the next day. NO not this company they leave your flowers out in the freezing cold til the person gets home or someone steals them. END OF RANT
