Our family recently lost our beloved father to the virus and our experience with Cathy at Northern IL Funeral Services was nothing short of stellar through every phase. This is a family owned and operated business and Cathy is the President and director, yet she still gave us her cell number in case we needed to reach her off hours with questions or any concerns. Clearly their services are in great demand right now and they can barely keep up yet still she never once made us feel rushed or a bother. We cannot thank them enough for treating our hearts with tender respect during this most difficult time and thank them for their most-essential service.
Cathy and Carol treated my husband with such dignity and respect. They treated me with such care and compassion. They are kind, very thoughtful and give their ultimate personal attention. I cant say how much I appreciate Kathy and Carol they did a great job I can never forget those 2 women they took care of my mom very well and very professional beautiful ladies they took care of my mom angelica thank you!
The owner hosted a celebration of life with no mask and at least 50 people with no regard for social distancing. The woman literally walked through the venue after having talked to other folks off the street with no mask at anytime. Plus it’s a funeral parlor in an industrial park?!??!!!! I’d give it a zero and call the authorities if I wasn’t just ready to get away from all these people
During a time of great sorrow for my family, Cathy was there. A wonderful funeral director who reminds me so much of the father I lost. She helped me in so many ways and I don't think she even knew. She took great care of my father and was so caring. A woman who truly cares and loves to help people.
