I placed an order on Saturday. Next day lady from the store called me stated would you like Red, Orange, Green. Where my order originally 18 roses all RED. This lady who works there I do not know if those your favorite colors. But I paid over 100 bucks and requested red roses for my Girlfriend B Day. What is the whole point seriously. On the other hand don’t do business here and don’t waste your money. I have to call this business back three times if not 4 times. Because that lady saying I only see flowers on the order where should be a note and a box of chocolatenalong with the flowers. Business need to be complete have everything in stuck. poor business, should not be operating.
Closed on Valentines day? Are these folks not interested in making money?
I placed an order on line for valentine's day, I supplied a contract number and specific directions not to leave them outside. It was 10 degrees. The flowers were left outside and froze.nRuining my gift.
They need to figure out what is wrong with their online ordering. I placed an order Tuesday morning for delivery for Wednesday. I receive a call from Susan at 3:30 on Wednesday afternoon saying they just saw my order and they would not be able to get it delivered Wednesday. Unacceptable.
Great place to order flowers from. Support local. Tip notch service. The flowers are amazing here. Highly recommend this place for your next flower occasion.
