It's so sad to read some of the reviews listed below mine. I'm truly sorry you all went through that during these difficult times. I really hope that that caused to a change of staff, I am assuming it did, since Beth (director) took care of the arrangements for my dad, and she was wonderful ! My dad's arrangements were a little over a month ago and the whole staff was super kind, helpful, patient, and of service throughout the whole process. I have seen other funeral homes in which they pretty much lease out the room and that's it. The staff at Casey's made sure we had everything we needed, and even helped out fill flower vases with water (through it all we forgot to bring our own). They gave us our space, but reminded us they were there in the case we needed them. They gave us reminders as closing time approached, but let us handle our crowd in terms of weaning them towards the door. I was heartbroken but so proud of how the service came along, i know my dad loved it. Thank you Casey & staff.

Extremely rude people. On the day of my fathers wake i walked in to find the coordinator screaming at my mother literally screaming as our family members were walking in in the middle of the waiting area over an over payment for something that was supposed to be included in a package that we picked . He was very intimidating and his body language suggested he wanted to strike my mother . Mind you we had just loss my father this was a horrible reminder of how vulnerable our family now is . When asked to just drop it or at least go talk in His office he refused and continued screaming . Even family members walking in attempted to defuse the situation he then proceeded to scream as he walked away backwards it was all extremely embarrassing and unnecessary. They switched our room last minute and we had very little assistance with the service every time we had a question we had to go find someone to talk to . Our family has had a few issues with this place over the years but this by far the worse experience we have had .

It's scary visiting this funeral home, they don't comply with rules and regulations of covid-19. They were packed to max capacity the time I was there, this was 3-4 months ago. I went in, paid my respects and left immediately. Just saw the news conference and heard the mayor talking about funeral homes, and I remembered how this place was packed with people. covid is real and to think this place doesn't comply but is contributing to the spread of this disease when theyre not limiting number of attendees.

I felt the need to review Casey Laskowski, as this was my first time going through this process, and they made everything very smooth and easy for us. They were professional, answered all my questions, and handled the situation as if it was the first one. They prepared my loved one just as I told them to do it, and we were overall satisfied with their service.
