Don't walk, RUN away. Owner- management could care less about average business and average consumer. They are only looking for large business. Owner talks a good game but is unreliable, misquotes and is a sorry piece of work for a business man. Its too bad because there are nice employees at this nursery. I believe they try to work around the owner but I was left with the impression that he is loopy and over-sells. The small consumer gets the short end of the stick. Just my experience....not good! Beware!

I love this place. Went to find a gift for a friend and came home with gifts for myself too. Not too pricey and staff is super friendly.

This nursery needs a huge improvement in their customer service. My first impressions were not good.nn1. When I walked in, I was in the greenhouse but overhead the 2 staff mocking a woman that had called asking them to check if they had something. Sure, you can talk smack about customers, but it might help to be mindful of other customers that might overhear you.n2. There were some black elephant ears in the back next to the succulents. I was dragging these 2 gallon buckets for a while and when I finally went to check out, I was told they weren't for sale. If something is not for sale, you should put a sign that says not for sale (like other nurseries do). She didn't even apologize for the confusion.nnOverall, I will never come here again based on their terrible customer service. I then went to colonial farm nursery a few minutes away and had a wonderful experience with top notch customer service.nnBased on their other 1-star rating on the rude customer service, I am now not surprised and wished I would've read these before wasting my time there.nnCustomer service matters.
