Every contact with this group is and has always been professional and easy to understand. Each tech, office person and professional has been awesome . All verbal and written instructions and even estimates are clear and fair. Our fur babies are never apprehensive at their appointments. The staff are eager to help and have enthusiasm. Great care. Since my last review I have been to this Clinic ( both locations) several times. The love and care they give my fur babies is awesome and consistent. The staff also is very professional and helpful.
We took our very nervous rescue pit Luna for her first vet appointment and we were so impressed. The staff is so caring, professional, and helpful. I have taken other babies to the other vets in the past and they were traumatized unfortunately. This was far different and our baby actually loved it/them. They did so great with her and made her feel loved/safe. I would highly recommend taking your babies here for sure! They are phenomenal!!

I had a great experience with SAC. We moved here about a month ago from CA and we didn’t know any good vet clinics around here in Amarillo. We came across this clinic for an emergency treatment for our Siberian Husky, Heaven. We took him there to get treatment and turns out he ate an object he couldn’t digest and was stuck. He then had to do surgery, but there was a possibility there could be complications and he would have to be euthanized. The whole entire time during his procedure, we were so stressed out and worried. We came home heartbroken and crying all day worrying about him if he’s going to be okay or not. I was terrified of the possibility of loosing him. We finally received a call that his surgery went well. I was so relieved! The doctors and staff were very nice to my baby and took great care of him. He was definitely in good hands! They saved his life and I’m so grateful to have my baby back home. I can’t thank them enough for saving his life. I have 4 huskies and they will all be going to SAC as their main primary clinic. I love it there. Thank you again SAC! The best vet clinic I had ever had!
