Absolutely love this office. From the staff at the front to the vets in the back, everyone is amazing! We’ve been patients here for years and plan to be for years to come.
My dog passed away and I called them to see if I get her cremated and they replied yes. We arrived with her 15 min before they closed for lunch but they had turned off their phones. I saw another customer arrive go in and get his dog so I went to the door and the receptionist told me I should have knocked because they were still in there. She told me she could not help me get her off because she was a big dog so pretty much I had to wait until everyone was back from lunch. I was not going to wait two hours with my dog in my truck so I had to make the horrible decision to take her to the pound where I would not receive her ashes. I was so hard to just leave her there.
Everyone is so very caring and helpful here. Love the vets!!!
