They were wonderful. Immediately got my dog in during the night and kept me informed of everything along the way. May be the best emergency experience ever. Will definitely recommend. My dog is fine and they even called to check on him a couple of days later. Very detailed and affordable.
My puppy ate a bag of Reese's peanut butter Easter eggs. They got me in quickly and induced vomiting and whe was fine! They were all so nice and personable. Great experience in a scary moment! Highly recommend!
Had to take my dog rocky to be put down. It was 3am in the morning. He was not doing well at all. Was dealing with heart failure for months. It was his time. But, the lady up front and the vet who came in to do the procedure, were sooooo sweet and caring. The vet actually came on the room and sat on the floor with rocky and I. While doing the procedure.nnIt was a very very hard thing to go through but those two ladies were amazing!!!!!nnWould go back there without question!!!
Today I said goodbye to my best friend. This was excruciating but only possible because of the kindness of the staff at legacy from the worried phone call i made to the very last breath she took and even beyond the staff was there and with genuine care and humanity thank you... i cant even remember the names but i will never forget your faces and your kindness... so much appreciation from Jill and I thank you all
I am very pleased with the kindness and quality of service given in response to my pets needs. The sweet lady who did our patient intake made me feel immediately comfortable and eased my concerns. Zeik was the tech that served us. He was very polite and patient with me and my dog. He has a genuine smile that never failed as he continued to help answer questions and provide treatment plans to meet our needs. Dr. Handcock was courteous and comforting as he discussed his findings. I have confidence in this animal hospital and should the need arise, I will definitely use Legacy again.
