I have been using Hy-Vee floral (the Minnesota Ave. store) for many years, most recently an order they completed for Father's Day. Once again, as always, they hit it out of the park. They have been unfailingly good at what they do, for so long, that I'm taking the time to write a review to let them know how much I appreciate their commitment to excellence, their professionalism, and the courteous, friendly way they always treat me both over the phone and in person. Somebody at Hy-Vee is obviously doing many things RIGHT and I suspect it's management on down. They're hiring quality people, hard-working people who behave as if they're genuinely GLAD TO HAVE MY BUSINESS and pleased to create something beautiful for any occasion. I'm repeating myself, but I want to emphasize that the people in floral have been top notch every single time I've called upon their services and I have been using them for many years, over a decade. Thank you for setting the bar high for yourselves, as you obviously do. It is very much appreciated.
