Small business with big heart. You can describe what you want and she'll choose the best flowers she has to get your feelings across. She will also personally call to confirm every viewing/time/location, just to make sure your flowers are there on time with no fuss.nCall her, she does a darn fine job.

Thanks to covid and having to isolate because of an upcoming major surgery, my 9-year-old little boy had to have a quarantine birthday. Carissa’s saved the day by doing a same-day birthday basket delivery from his grandma complete with festive balloons. They made my son’s day! Thank you and thank you to the kind delivery driver who probably thought I was either crazy or rude for having her set the gift basket on my porch instead of handing it to me. I’ll be remembering Carissa’s the next time I have a gift basket to send.

I was just reading a review from Mariza Saenz about how her flowers looking brown and dead. 7 months ago, I also ordered some flowers for my daughter's prom and I was so disappointed to see the results but I took them any way because we were in a rush since I had been by twice that day because they were so busy that they forgot my order. I called the owner to let her know that i was not happy with them and she never apologized but informed me that I should have said something before I left and that if I left a bad review I would be the first so it would be okay. If she had just apologized or even offered to fix it, I was not asking for anything else. I did not take a before picture but i did send the owner a picture of the finished product that HEB corrected for no additional price and received no reply.nI am so glad to see that Mariza did take a picture because they were the same flowers. I took the bouquet to the HEB flower shop on Wadley and the woman there did a fantastic job!
