I am going to leave this review only because it's impossible to get the doctor to call you back. We have called 14 times to get the doctor to call back. No reply. How would you feel if you were only able to ever speak to the receptionist about your medical diagnosis?
I had my dog taken into the Banfield hospital yesterday and they took really good care of him the tech was awesome and was very knowledgeable about the medication he needed. Price was affordable too thank you ud83dude0a
I know nothing about the process for getting a prescription card for food with Banfield, but as someone who works in the vet industry I imagine that it’s not that complicated of a process. So it’s possible my 1 star is not fair since I am ignorant of the specifics. I currently don’t care about that as I’ve just been to this location and was told I could not be helped with that since they were closed. Even though they are listed as open until 7 and it was 6:10. Fine, hours are not listed properly, but you are standing in front of me doing your closing stuff. Will helping me with getting a card really take you so long? I needed this diet for my sick dog that needs to eat tonight. Thanks for nothing Banfield.
Went above and beyond to help me dog for a more than reasonable price. Will be recommending to everyone I know.
