Recently moved to the area and chose this vet for our little poodle's annual exam and vaccine. We couldn't go inside due to corona, but the doctor called to discuss our dogs health. We liked the doctor because he took his time talking to us, explained everything in detail, answered many questions. I like that he didn't seem to be in a rush while talking with us and was very patient answering many questions we had. We also received all the documents, receipts etc in a branded folder, in a nice organized manner. Later, I also ordered prescription worm medicine for my pet on their website. With the discount price was cheaper than petco and shipping was fast. Overall I would definitely recommend this place as a primary care for your pet.
I never write reviews, but I want to give this clinic the credit they deserve. My dog became very sick quickly, and Leander Vet Clinic in got us in right away (without an appointment). His symptoms were not completely aligned with the usual symptoms of a foreign body obstruction, but Dr. Mitchell found the issue and performed the life saving surgery within the same day. This is a serious surgery, but very affordable and fair considering all of the work they did. My dog wouldn’t have survived without these people. I can’t thank y’all enough! Will be back with all my other fur babies!
My kids finally got their wish and we adopted a ~6month kitten (thank you Texas Humane Heroes). Leander Veterinary Clinic has been so, so patient with us, letting us ask questions over the phone, in person and via their app. I am genuinely impressed and relieved at how responsive they have been. Leander Veterinary Clinic has seriously made this a great experience for us as we adapt to having a new healthy family member. Thank you!
I’ve brought my foster bulldog in for two last minute emergencies — they are amazing!nnDr. Morehead and staff did a c-section on a pregnant foster and delivered FOURTEEN babies for us, they had all hands on deck to wake babies up and everyone is doing great!nnI’m out front again right now, 30 minutes before they close on Christmas Eve, to fix up a foster wound and they go above and beyond for all of us at Austin Bulldog Rescue!nnud83dudc9eud83dudc36ud83dudc9e
My dog went there to have her bladder stones removed. During surgery it was also discovered there were stones stuck in her urethra as well. I can't thank enough for Dr Whitehill' professionalism and expertise. After the surgery Dr Whitehill would also answer my questions even after work hours. I'm more than grateful.
