I called in for same day delivery and they offered me the best customer service possible. My arrangement was handcrafted after our phone conversation, and turned out like a true piece of art. It was delivered promptly and safely. I definitely recommend this local flower shop!
There was issues delivering the flowers because there is a gate on the property. My girlfriend wasn’t picking up her phone so I kindly asked them to leave the flowers at the gate. They got frustrated and said they have been in business for 24 years and they will not do that. But before I could speak she said she will just leave them there. Then she hung up before I could say another word.nnI shrugged it off because I do not get upset easily but then they called again and said “are you sure?! It’s windy!” I replied it’s fine and before I could say thank you they hung up again.nnThis is very rude to treat your paying customers this way. Please do not take out your frustration on your customers. Not once did I raise my voice, get frustrated, or be disrespectful at all. I spent roughly $70, please have better customer service. Other than that the flowers were pretty.
The team at Maria's did a basket for flowers for a funeral for us and they were absolutely beautiful. The prices were extremely reasonable, and they were delivered quickly. I couldn't be more pleased.
