Very poor customer service, called to see when my delivery would be made on the day of the delivery, just like the lady I spoke to a few days ago told me to do so she could give me a better time frame of when it would be made. When I called the day of, the girl on the other side of the called told me that she couldn't give me a time frame of when my delivery was gonna be made. So not to ruin my wife birthday, I just decide to pick it up from their location instead of waiting all day at home for the delivery. So here's just a suggestion, don't tell your customers to call the day of for a delivery time, if you are not willing to give one on the day of delivery.

I love Edible Arrangements. A little pricey but worth it when you want to send something that’s special , beautiful and tasty. I love the Cedar Park location. Always friendly, professional and willing to help with product recommendations. Julia is awesome! She made things so easy during my transaction when I had trouble with getting a WiFi connection while on the road. The delivery was within a reasonable timeframe with little notice. I will definitely consider EA for future needs.

Save yourself the money and buy a more presentable arrangement from your local grocery store....at less than half the price.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Julia! Wow, I have not encountered such AMAZING customer service in so long! She truly went above and beyond for me to make sure I was taken care of, and my order was completed by the time I need it. I am so thankful this location is close to where I live, the product is always flawless and one of my favorite treats to give as gifts! Perfect for Mother's Day, Teacher Appreciation, birthdays, special occasions, and so much more! I am looking forward to the full menu items to come back in stock (and the pandemic to be over ;) ) but in the meantime, I am so happy to bring my business here. I will be spreading the word about how awesome this store is, this location in particular! Thank you Julia and Edible Arrangements, my daughter's teacher was over the moon to receive her berries! :)
