Beyond exceptional! They saved me last minute, filling balloons for my birthday. Dropped them off and picked them up next morning. I placed a last minute online order of get well flowers and balloons for my son and requested same day delivery in the local area. A few minutes after the order was placed I received a call that they were out of the original container I chose, however I was given several great alternatives. When the flowers arrived, I was happily surprised to see that they made adjustments to the floral arrangement to match the new container and it looked beautiful!nFantastic customer service, delivery (no-contact Thank You!) and pretty, fresh flowers that even my 11 year old son loved.
Placed my first order with Billowing Blooms the other day and must say it was perhaps the best flower delivery experience I've had! My friend sent me a photo of the arrangement I ordered for her and it matched the photo online! Danielle took my order via phone and was very accommodating to provide a quick turnaround/same day delivery.
