I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral. Not only did they not deliver them they had the wrong date . So you could say I'm very upset with this place .I understand accidents happen however my grandma deserved to have beautiful flowers at her own funeral. Very disappointed on a very stressful and hard day EDIT. THE OWNER CALLED ME BACK AND WANTED TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR ME. SHE OFFERED TO PERSONALLY MAKE MY ARRANGEMENTS AT NO COST TO ME AND LAY THEM DOWN WHEN GRANNY GETS HER STONE LAYED . SHE WAS APOLOGETIC AND I KNOW SHE FELT JUST HORRIBLE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED.
The employees are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. They are a wonderful part of the Van community.

I ordered poinsettias for my wife and I had to call to make sure they were going to be delivered, I'm glad I did they said they canceled my order, but magically found it when I refused to get off the phone. Then the product I got from what I was shown was vastly different. I contacted them to try and fix it but they won't return my email or calls.
