We had the worst experience getting our dog groomed. Our appointment was at 1pm. Our dog is a rescue and has anxiety. We have always been able to drop her off and get her back fairly quickly, but today when we called to check on status at 3:30 pm, we were advised that would our dog would not be ready till 5. We called back to see why the delay was occurring and to express concern about our dog being in a kennel for so long. We were then told it was going to be 5:30 and the girl on the phone said we were not told two different times. We were told two different times, which wasn’t even an issue but she continued to harp on it. There was no real explanation about it and she was very defensive. We have been with this vet for years. First time having this awful of an experience, but will be switching vets. We got feedback from others that have dealt with Christina and apparently she’s always rude.

Good courteous service, knowledgeable staff at reasonable prices. The facility and it's location are not the best but everything else is fine.

Ever since Dr Gant took over, things have been great. Our family is getting what they need for their individual health. He’s been a life saver and Christina is awesome. Thank you all so much.

We called in the morning as soon as they opened told them our dog wasn't feeling well and they made him an appointment right away. Christina was very kind and took the time to understand what was going on with our Bullterrier, Rudy. The entire staff took great care of him and the Vet came out to the car and explained everything that was going on. Very knowledgeable staff and doctors! Quick service, and very fair pricing. Waiting to hear back his blood work, the location is a little out of our way but the drive is well worth it. So glad we came to Mira Lagos Animal Clinic.

They have taken such good care of my dog over the years. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. The staff is outstanding!
