Absolutely disgusting. A family member PAID EXTRA for a private cremation and received a personalized box with the dogs name on a plaque and ashes inside. A year later, they received a card in the mail thanking the family for their “donation”....this hospital donated the animals’ remains(she had tumors) to be studied WITHOUT telling my family members about their “donation”. So that leaves the question of, “which dogs’ remains were given to us in our personalized box?”. So not only did they donate the remains without informing my family, but they let them PAY EXTRA money out of pocket for a box and some ashes that didnt even belong to them. What an awesome place !

We love our vet! We got our dog from a shelter, and he has had an issue with strangers. Especially ones with masks. The vets and techs have all been SO patient with us and him. He has really started warming up to going as long as he gets treats. We really appreciate it! Thank you for everything.

I have used this clinic for the last 4 years. The staff is amazing and they are very attentive to our doggo. We trust them to do the right thing and they are reasonable priced for the services provided.

They were amazing! My pup was well taken care of and given a ton of attention! Very helpful very knowledgeable even sent a thank you card 2 weeks later after a friendly follow up call! I can say they took the time to care and tend to vanders needs!
