My pet is not eating. The veterinarian said that I could try appetite stimulating food or they would give me a script. I didn't go to pick it up someone else did and they gave him both the paperwork for the food and the script. It appears to me that the people at the front desk should know it was either or thing considering the medicine costs me $35 and I can't take it back.nSeems also that they push the food that is only sold by petsmart when script is needed. They are doctor, they should b able to recommend alternatives.
This place was amazing. They were so sweet and got us in quickly. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and so helpful. They were knowledgeable and just truly made the experience a good one considering we were there with a sick pet.
We love Dr. Carrol! He takes the best care of our senior pup. I really appreciate the pickup/drop off precautions their taking as well.
Not bad for a vet, but if course they don't carry the only product that works in my area for fleas. And as far as being knowledgeable about yard treatments for the little buggers, that was a blank. Their suggestion was call an exterminator. For an acre and a half? He's nuts. But the girls at the front were polite and caring, but little help with my situation.
They get you in and out in a timely manner! Very professional and courteous.
