First time ordering flowers online. They were kind and even called to let me know that due to a delay in their supplier the delivery would be delayed which was fine. But then they were able to delivery it on the original time which I so appreciated. The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was full. Thank you for your kind service and extra efforts.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement from a picture on their site for my aunt’s birthday which was the next day. $100 later, the flowers were not delivered until 4pm, the arrangement looked completely different, I understand some flowers may need to be substituted. Don’t advertise an arrangement if you can’t replicate it. False Advertisement.

The customer service was excellent and the bouquet was delivered to our hotel without issue. It was absolutely beautiful! Better than I hoped for. I highly recommend them!

So I took a chance on this place and ordered flowers online this past weekend for a friend whose mother passed away unexpectedly. The LAST thing I wanted was to put the family through more trouble. But this place has created just that. First: the website said delivery on Sunday and their hours say open 10-1 pm. So I chose that day, and sure enough, no delivery. This morning I call and only get a VM so I leave a FB message and get a call back. I explain to the lady that they work during the week and he will be coming home early from work at three JUST to make sure they don’t miss the delivery (see, going through extra trouble). She assured me Erinn will deliver after three pm today. It’s 1:30 and I received a notice that they delivered and when I called, the voice mail said they were closed early today at 1:30 pm.nSo, she lied to me on the phone, she closed early without letting her customers know, and WHO exactly did she deliver to when the people I have receiving the bouquet aren’t home?! This place is very unprofessional and I shudder to think what became of the very expensive bouquet I paid for that was supposed to be comforting a grieving friend, not causing them extra stress. Thankfully, they were able to contact a neighbor to go over the pick up the delivery where this person just left it on the porch. A 100 dollar bouquet..Not to mention I have a bad feeling about what the bouquet wound up looking like, since she lied about the rest. DO NOT use this company if you need someone you can count on in a sensitive situation!!

Love the customer service of this florist. The manager took my call while she was out on a delivery. It was about 2pm. She was able to get an arrangement together and deliver it within 2 hours. They were gorgeous flowers and smelled amazing. Thank you!
