Daisy, our elderly and blind diabetic dog has now been bathed, and the large amount of fecal matter that was attached to her when she was returned to us from this 'hospital', has now been removed. We've received three different recommendations for reputable Veterinary Clinics in the area from friends. We're going to try and not let a bad and entirely avoidable experience color our view of others in this area who actually do care for the pets placed in their charge. Lets just hope that the treatment Daisy was subject to was a random event and will never be repeated. God bless.
This vet is fabulous! From Cassie in the front to dr. Rannals himself, I truly believe they care. Clean, knowledgeable, and price is reasonable. I recommend to everyone
While visiting our lake home our dog injured her front leg. Dr Rannals saw her the day we called and took excellent care of her. I appreciate the availability and the comfort he made us feel.
They care for all of our animals, who we see as part of our family... We wouldn't let anyone else work with them!
