Betty's Flower & Tea Garden

Betty does an awesome job and she is the sweetest woman!! She did the floral arrangements for our small courthouse wedding ceremony in Sinton and the arrangements were beautiful :). She pays attention to the details and she coordinated the arrangements well with our attire. We will definitely use Betty again for other events. Thanks Betty!!

I called at 9 am the minute this place opened and ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to my wife at work for her birthday. I tried countless times to call back later to cancel the order because it had taken hours to deliver them and my wife needed to leave. She told me it was impossible to cancel the order because the delivery guy was on his way to my wife, I told my wife to stay put till he got there. another hour and 15 minutes went by and the delivery guy called my wife to let her know he was leaving the flower shop, they were 10 miles apart and it took him another hour and 40 minutes to drive that 10 miles. The vase the flowers were in was filthy and used, and the card said the completely wrong thing. The card said Happy Birthday, from TEDA TPCO America, which is where she works. When I spelled out specifically I wanted it to say Happy Birthday Tinga, I love you. So lying owner refused to cancel order because it was out for delivery, actually didn't go out till over an hour later, and took another hour and 40 minutes after leaving to make it to her 10 miles away. This person is either obnoxiously incompetent and indifferent towards customers or is defrauding people. This experience turned my wife's birthday into a complete hell on earth nightmare, and was unrealistically expensive on top of that. Please do yourself a favor and go to an actual reputable flower shop, this place is a complete clown show with a dishonest owner.

Ordered and had sent flowers to my wife on sat.. I get home sun morning and half the flowers dead.. $75 for an arrangement.. Should of went to Walmart.
