I took my dog in yesterday at 9am to be neutered they didn't give me any kind of information all they said is that we will call you this evening when it is all done. 5pm rolls around and I still didn't hear back so I called to check on him and they said they still haven't gotten around to the procedure. After him being there for 8 hours!!!! So they never called me to tell me anything about my dog. And they just closed at 5:30. I had no idea my dog would be there over night! I'm so angry.

This was a fantastic experience, worth the hour drive. Everyone was so nice and took excellent care of my puppy. She had her eyes tacked and is doing wonderful.

I was in Liberty on a vacation with family and my dog had some kind of reaction from flying and was in horrible pain. I called and was told I could come in the following day but my baby got worse so I called back and was told to come in at three when I arrived I was greeted with disdain and accusatory statements that made me feel uncomfortable. I was told that I wasn’t supposed to come in until next day. The nice girl who told me she spoke to the doctor and he agreed to see her spoke up and said that it was ok to come and that she had talked to the Dr. She was also talked down to by her coworkers in front of me I simply walked out and found a very nice doctor at Chachere who immediately tended to my baby and got her better quickly.. Oh and the what’s wrong with the animal statement is very cold and dry how about kindness like “ Hello ma’am what is bothering your dog today?” Or “How can we help your pet today ma’am ?” Kindness goes a long way and no I was never rude to anyone I am a senior citizen who feels respect and kindness go a long way. I thankfully was able to take my little friend to a place where the staff was friendly and very helpful! Chachere was the best. Trinity looks old and not very clean.

Dr. Myers and his whole team wonderful.. they are sympathetic to all your needs

They were very nice and they are trying there best to help one of my dog's.
