I can't imagine not having them. I have a cat with diabetes and one with thyroid issues that led to over worked heart. Dr Leonard is so thoughtful and explains every thing you need to know and understand to treat and care for your pet. Susan is awesome. Always follow thru. I trust them both. Because of the virus the only other person I know there is Jackie. She is a warm caring person. I know people say they cost more at their clinic. I believe it is worth every penny. I have been taking my babies there for 3 years. When Kayla left as being their vet I got nervous. I can not say that any more. These people are great. If you ever had a bad vet experience you would know that their care is so important to us. Thank them all
We've always had great care from all of the vets over the years.. Katya is a nice addition to the staff and was great with our new cat. We take Bebe in every 5-6 weeks to have her claws trimmed and they are always curtious and fast. I love them coming to the car to get her and ability to pay online so I don't have to go inside.
I’m so lucky to have found a good vet clinic that cares about my animals as much as I do. They have been great about using medications that cause the least amount of harm and side effects. I have also had to use their emergency after hours, and they met me after hours with my baby to run tests and hospitalize her, so I didn’t have to drive back and forth to San Antonio to an emergency clinic. They are also great about getting me in during the week when I have emergencies. I have seen all three vets and they are all equally great with my fur babies!
My phone wasn't working! I had to step inside the front door to let them know we were there. They quickly noted it, and gently encouraged me to go back to my car. Someone was there almost immediately to take the pup in for his allergy shot and a look at an injury from a stray dog bite. The doctor came out and talked to me about how the injury happened and how we tried to take care of the gash - - during the week of the snow storm, when the clinic staff could not even get to the clinic! Suggested how to continue care and keep the tear clean, a better ointment to use, while it continues to heal. Thanks to all of you.
Called on short notice because my fur baby was in pain and he was a new patient but you saw him the same day. Dr. Leonard was extremely compassionate and very informative on what needed to be done and made it happen. For this we are extremely thankful.
