Brought my dog due to what we believed was parvo hadn't eaten anything in 3 days set outside for almost an hour and a half some other guy pulled up with a dog same symptoms and they put his dog before mine try to tell me that the other dog was more critical than mine which was not true the other dog was running around in the parking. Just didn't see where that was fair. I feel like it was because we are on a budget on what I could spend on my dog.

Very nice people, long wait, prices reasonable. I'm very glad they were available to take care of my fur - kid!

Late on a very sad evening, we brought in our 11 year old pup. We were not ready to let him go, but he was ready. The clinic treated us with such care and concern. Their care for our pup was beyond compare. It was a busy night, but we were treated like the only ones in the building. They made a very difficult evening a bit easier.

My 12 week kitten lost the feeling on his left side at 4am. So we rushed to the Clinic and at that time we was the only car there. I was there till 7:30am while 2 other cars came and went. They told me they was going to run several test however at the end they didn’t run any and they didn’t even successfully use a saline drip. They said they ran out of time before they closed. Again I was there at 4am. The vet called me and expressed her opinion on how it’s sad to have a sick kitten and how expensive it will be. She asked me if we wanted to talk about putting him down. That was out of the question (with a little googling I knew it was from his inner ear) so I took my kitten to another vet which they listened and did the tests that was addressed. 8 hours later my kitten has feeling on his left side and is playing with his toys again!

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience today at Southeast Texas Animal Emergency Clinic. We took our 12 year old Maltese to them early this morning, after she started having health issues about 1:00am. Dr. Holland and the vet tech Amanda were amazing. They started by doing blood work and an ultrasound to try to determine what was going on. It was determined that due to old age, our little girl had developed serious heart problems. As a result, since her condition could not be treated, we had to put her to sleep. Both Dr. Holland and Amanda were very caring and compassionate during the entire time for my wife and I and Pinkie. We really appreciated their desire to determine exactly what was going on with Pinkie, so we could make informed decisions. We would not hesitate to use this clinic in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing care for their pets.
