Excellent all around! Quick? Quick enough! Beautiful bouquets? You bet your sweet little buns. Will your apartment smell of rich mahogany and leather bound books? Well, not really, but it will smell like flowers for at least a week. Honestly, great service, stellar selection. And best of all, I didn't have to speak with a live human being, for which I am most grateful. Holla!
Ordered a bouquet for my grandma in the hospital. Here are a couple of the texts I received in response...n“Momma has been bragging on them since they arrived. They smell so strong. I seriously have not seen a more beautiful bouquet. You did good! She said to tell y’all she LOVES them. “nn“And every nurse that has come in the room said they smell so good too. I have never had a bouquet that smelled so good. You really did good!”nn“One went over to look at the card to see what florist sent them”
The web site was very easy to navigate. The flowers looked great! But what made them get 5 stars, was they called me before the delivery to tell me their truck would be in the shop the day of delivery. They asked if they could deliver them the day before the original date so they wouldn't be late delivering them.
I sent flowers and a gift basket to both of my parents. They were very pleased with their gifts! My dad really enjoyed the snack basket! Ms. Peggy was courteous, patient, kind, & very knowledgeable about the floral arrangements. I liked how Ms. Peggy was very thorough about how to place an order online and how delivery works. She even made me feel comfortable about the process because it was my first time ordering. Im a very satisfied customer of Twigs and I thank Ms. Peggy for making it worth my while and helping me make my parents happy.
Very satisfied with the beautiful bouquet they put together for the short notice and price! The delivery was free and customer service was great! They called to verify information to make sure they delivered to the right place! I definitely recommend them and will be using them again!
