Please be careful when ordering from this particular store. They sent the wrong message on my balloon. Poor customer service as well when I called the store.How do you run out of happy birthday balloons? ( seems like that is an important balloon to have) Lots of negative reviews, it’s a wonder they are still in business.
I live in Houston and ordered an arrangement for my sister in law in Lumberton. The online ordering process was simple & convenient. The arrangement was beautiful, fresh and made her day! Thank you for such awesome customer service!
My wonderful daughter always Orders dipped fruit baskets for our birthdays n mother n fathers day n other special occasions. However since this past father's day the fruit has been mushy and stale. Its a shame because i know my daughter is spending a lotta money at this store. I recd a dipped strawberry basket for my birthday today n some of the fruit was inedible! I will tell my daughter to not order fr this place again. Not worth the money at all!! U try to help these business during bad times n they jus kick u n the behind n steal ur money!! ud83dude21. Shame on u for passing ur customers old rotten fruit! NO MORE!
