This was my first time at this vet clinic, and Dr. Smith was amazing. I was soooo worried about my dog, but she was so informative, communicated great, and genuinely cared about my dogs well being. The pricing is very reasonable, and they let you know the pricing of all of the options up front and let you choose how you would like to proceed. My Bub is feeling 100% better, and I thank all of the staff at Clear Lake City Vet Clinic!!!

The staff are all incredibly nice and polite. They're very gentle and friendly to my pets as well. The doctors are rather intelligent and able to effectively communicate their findings. As long as this place remains open, I'll be a loyal customer because I fully feel that I can trust they'll take the best care they possible can of my pets health, wellness, and happiness.

I haven't had a pup since I was a little girl and honestly was so scared about picking a vet clinic. You guys are amazing! Great communication and explain everything to a t. I can just tell how much you guys love animals and I'm so glad we get to send you our Zoe for her needs!

Under this difficult time becuase of the pandemic they are doing their best to take care of my little baby Onyx.nThey explained everything to me very well I felt that my puppy was taken care of and that's super important to me so yes I will be going backud83dude0aud83dudc99

Good-bye to Clear Lake Veterinary Clinic after 27 years.nnMy cat was sick, the clinic said he could be worked in for an extra fee. I arrived at the appointed time only to wait for 2 hours.nnI was told the vet wanted lab work to check my cat’s kidney and liver function. I found out later that multiple additional tests were run without my knowledge—But, I got to pay for the additional tests.nnTwo hours later when I got to talk to the Vet, She started talking very quickly for the next 20 minutes (in circles, over herself, backtracking, confused) and with no clear course of treatment for my cat.nnI told her I thought it was hairballs. She acknowledged that it could be. She suggested a medication (not telling me what it was for) and then said she didn’t recommend it. She wanted to do more testing. I declined. I left with nausea medication, but nothing for hairballs.nnAfter leaving the vet, I went to the store for a hairball remedy. Used it and everything cleared up.
