We love the team at White Rock Animal Hospital! Dr. Patty Williams is awesome with our XL breed ( a Mastiff), and our cat. She takes time to answer our questions, and makes sure our pets receive top notch care! Our family is so thankful for everyone at White Rock Animal Hospital!
I had exactly the opposite experience from the other reviewer. I took in my two cats for an exam and annual vaccines. This clinic doesn't operate with an appointment structure, so I just showed up during office hours and was taken to a (clean) exam room right away. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, and the staff knew both her and the man leaving with his cat by name and profession. They didn't try to push unnecessary extras on me, and my bill was VERY cheap (I don't want to put the exact number, because five years from now someone might read this and expect the same price). The veterinarian was nice, good with the cats, and knowledgeable. I received a hand-written thank-you in the mail a few days later.nnTwo weeks later, one of my cats became very sick. They were able to see him immediately, were very kind and reassuring, and sent me home with some antibiotics and far less anxiety than when I arrived. The vet asked me to call first thing the next morning and give her an update (which I did), and then later (either that afternoon or the next day), she called to check on him.nnI'm impressed with the level of care, the customer service, and the price at this clinic. I've been recommending them to all the pet owners in my office.
